Officially Paperless!

It's true. TPC has launched a new software platform to increase the efficiency and also the effectiveness of our operations. What does this mean to me as a customer you might ask? It means several things:

1. No more paper statements. Each technician is now equipped with an iPad to review the customer account information, review the services, and to update notes about the property. We send the service slips instantly to your email, thus, cutting down on unwanted paper in your filing cabinets. 
2. New automated service reminders and scheduling via, text, email and phone calls. This is beneficial because it's more tailored to your busy lifestyle and customized to your communication preference.  
3. New customer portals on our website (coming soon) allow you to update your information and also pay your bills online in the convenience of your home.
4. Daily route optimization. This new technology allows intelligent routing that will reduce the amount of gas used daily. The technician's route is now in close proximity to other customers, thus using less fuel and having a better impact on the environment.
